Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Basic Requirement for Operations Project Manager:
A. Degree:
Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in biological sciences, agriculture, natural resource management, chemistry, or related disciplines appropriate to the position. OR B. Combination of Education and
Experience:
Courses equivalent to a major, as shown in A above, plus appropriate experience or additional education. In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below:
Specialized
Experience:
Your resume must reflect at least one year of specialized experience which includes the following duties:
1) planning and executing operation functions for dam, operation and maintenance, and natural resources management; AND 2) working to prepare and execute budgets and resolving project issues during the execution of a fiscal year budget; AND 3) managing fund allocations for multiple operations and maintenance projects; AND 4) supervising the work of subordinate employees. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
